Connection.
We all know how hard it is to make new friends as adults. Our social calendar includes member meetings and meet-ups, holiday parties, field trips, parents’ night out, community service opportunities and events, educational workshops, and so much more! Potential members can attend up to two events before deciding to join.
Support.
We’ll be there for you. Our members-only Facebook group and Discord server are active and private online communities for sharing, asking questions, and connecting. We celebrate everyone’s triumphs and help each other get through the not so triumphant moments. We also offer tangible support such as meal trains for member families welcoming a new child or experiencing hardship, and other member support services.
Play.
Make friends for life—for you and your kids. Our group coordinates everything from age-based gatherings to nature exploration to park playdates and more! Each new member and their child will be matched with an age-based playgroup upon joining. This will help you form connections with the families your child will grow with year after year.
Service & Civic Engagement.
MAEVE Central Louisville coordinates and engages its members in volunteer opportunities, fundraising, and civic engagement initiatives impacting the Louisville area. With quarterly service projects and opportunities to learn more about local issues, we actively demonstrate the impact our kids can have in helping their community.
